The rooftop pool and lounge have a lovely city view, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed staying at Flor De Mayo. The staff were friendly and helpful, responding quickly whenever we needed something brought to our room. The restaurant's food and drinks were delicious. I'd definitely recommend considering this hotel if you're staying in the city.

The food was delicious and looked great in photos, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for me to take business calls, handle emails, and join a conference easily. Alexis, Fernando and his team made the stay memorable and satisfying. They greeted me with great energy and enthusiasm from the moment I arrived. It was also nice seeing swimsuit models take professional fotos by the rooftop pool, a great touch. I can't wait to return!

The brunch was tasty and had lots of variety, with an amazing trio band playing during the meal. The place is really nice and full of light, and the waiting staff were polite and quick to respond.

After we climbed four flights of stairs, we were promised a table with a view, then left waiting at another table for almost 30 minutes. We watched view tables open up and get occupied again, and nobody even asked if we'd like something to drink. When we asked a waiter about a table we saw becoming available, another waiter said it was for someone else. He was rude and disrespectful. Terrible service, very rude and disrespectful!

The rooms are beautiful, and the terrace and pool are great for sunbathing and cooling off. Everyone on staff was so kind and polite, and made us feel comfortable. Loved it. Definitely a must in Cuernavaca.
