We always look forward to coming back to the Holiday Inn Express in Cuernavaca. The hotel is one of our favorites in the area, and the staff are wonderful and welcoming. Customer service is great, especially from the breakfast and restaurant teams, who are excellent and attentive. I can't say enough good things about them and the hotel. 🤗

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are about what you'd expect at a Holiday Inn Express. There's also a nice little dinner in the lobby, handy when you don't want to leave the hotel to eat.

The grounds are beautiful, the views are great, and the pool was excellent. Our rooms were very clean, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. They even gave us complimentary breakfast buffet tickets, and the food was delicious. The only drawbacks were too little shampoo and soap for two people, plus no hand towels or washcloths. We told the staff, and they said Management would look into it.

A comfortable, quiet room and breakfast included with a good variety of dishes made this a nice pick for either a weekend away or a business trip.

I'd recommend coming here and would return, about a 9/10 for me. The rooms are nice and the staff were helpful. There was a mix-up assigning our room, but the staff sorted it out right away. The breakfast buffet could use more choices since it's not very extensive. Maybe because of the limited space, the parking lot sits very close to the pool.
