Hotel Anturio Express

The staff weren’t welcoming, and the rooms were cold with only a small blanket available. There was also no room cleaning during our extended stay.

Really nice atmosphere, very clean rooms, and super friendly employees.

The staff were friendly and everything else was clean, but the bed was infested with bedbugs. Around 3 a.m. they started coming out of the mattress, looking like white sheets, so they were easy to see. I ended up badly bitten and uncomfortable for several days. They urgently need extermination and should make sure the infestation is gone.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but bedbugs kept coming out of the beds. We spent the whole night awake. We couldn’t leave once we noticed them in the early morning because we had a baby with us and were afraid to go out at that hour. When I reported it at reception, the kind receptionist didn’t seem surprised, but said she didn’t know what to tell me. I can’t imagine what the owner’s other hotels are like, since there are six, including Hotel Canarias. Don’t stay here unless you want to bring pests home.
