Hotel Quinta Las Flores

This was my first time in cuernavaca, and it's an excellent place to stay. The waiters, gardeners, and cleaning crew were all excellent. They go out of their way. So pleased.

We had breakfast included, and the property is well maintained. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and speak good English. It's also very close to town. What a great place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices for adults and kids. Our rooms were very clean, and the staff were warm and kind throughout our pleasant stay. They also helped keep my Dad's insulin cold in the fridge. I've stayed at so many big brand hotels, and this was much better. Congratulations!

My husband and I visit Cuernavaca twice a year, and we loved this place from our first stay. It may not be luxurious, but it has everything we need. The rooms are always clean, with clean linen, and the staff matter a lot to us. They're awesome in every way. We've never been disappointed. When my husband fainted as we entered our room because he wasn't feeling well, staff came right away to help him. They called a doctor to come see him and checked that he was okay. I'm so grateful to everyone, from Mariana at the front desk to the gardeners, valet parking, waiters, maintenance, and all the others. To Management, we'll always be grateful and will remain your loyal guests. Thank you!
