A first rate place, though not a budget hotel. There's an in-house restaurant, English is spoken, and parking is available. It's by the town entrance off the Federal (free) highway from Mexico City, where there is a lot of traffic. Walking doesn't feel safe, but taxis are easy to get.

Travelers, be careful. Our truck was parked out front overnight, where 24 hour security was supposed to watch it. In the morning, parts had been sawn off, and the shavings were still on the ground. The hotel did nothing to address it or help us. Locals said this happens a lot at this hotel. I suspect security may have an arrangement with the thieves. I don't recommend staying here. The room was only okay at best. The sheets weren't clean, the towels had holes, and they required a deposit for the air-conditioning remote.

We went for brunch with my family, including my grandparents. The hotel has good walking aids, and staff paid attention and helped us right from the entrance. The meal was fair for the price, with a relaxed atmosphere and good service. Luckily the sky was clear that day, so we got to enjoy the city view.

The surroundings make up for the wifi, which gets unreliable at certain times of day. It's a nice hotel, the staff are welcoming, breakfast is pretty good, and room service is awesome.

I was only there for one night, so I can't say much, but I had a good experience. Very nice, and I'd come back.
