Hotel Suites Zapata

The place is badly neglected, and the service was terrible. There was no hot water in the rooms, the locks felt flimsy, and it’s expensive for what it offers. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The bar stands out, with a lively atmosphere and service even on Mondays. The staff are friendly and good, but the pool looked dirty and uninviting, even though I didn’t use it. Rooms are spacious, though the facilities are dated and poorly maintained. Some rooms don’t have cable, and the TVs are old. Hot water lasts only about five minutes, so another person has to wait for the boiler to heat up again before showering.

The only issues during my stay were that Wi-Fi didn’t reach every part of the hotel and cable TV was out that day. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, the rooms were roomy, and the pool was clean and in good shape. Prices were reasonable for the service, and the friendly staff and amenities made for a pleasant, relaxing stay.

There’s Wi-Fi and parking, but no restaurant. It rained during my stay, the power went out, and my room flooded.
