We were there in early November and had such a lovely stay. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything. The hotel is central, so we walked all over, but it was still surprisingly quiet at night and we slept really well. Our room was clean and comfortable, with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. It's a beautiful hotel, and we'll definitely stay here again when we're back in Cuernavaca.

I found this hotel by luck, without anyone recommending it, and will be back. It's right by the center, with large, comfortable rooms that are nicely decorated and very fairly priced. The garden and breakfast patio are pretty, and the staff were very nice. I'd suggest adding a continental breakfast choice and a frigobar in the rooms for food from the market.

Alejandro made our stay especially good. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and arranged a safe taxi to CDMX. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is central and within walking distance of Cuernavaca's historic sights, which makes this a perfect place to stay. I'd highly recommend it and Alejandro.

The pool was just right after a hot day of sightseeing. We had a lovely, airy, spacious room with a large balcony. A great spot to spend a few days seeing Cuernavaca.

We really liked being downtown, near a nice little shopping area and several churches built by cortez in the fifteen hundreds. The streets in mexico are confusing to drive, so I'd take an uber instead. There was a sandborns right around the corner. I only knew sandborns as a travel.Agency, so I didn't realize they had stores too. Going into the sandborn store was interesting, especially seeing the restaurant and the counter full of homemade candy.
