Suites Las Plazas

The room is clean and spacious, and the plaza security staff are attentive. Music from the food stalls on the plaza's first floor gets quite loud in the rooms, though. If noise bothers you or you have trouble sleeping, think twice.

We were in town for a festival and were told the door by McDonald's would be open if we came back late. Don't count on it. We got back at 1 a.m. and waited an hour for someone to let us in while the security guards slept. When we woke them, they said they'd call the police if we made a fuss, then escorted us to our room while threatening to call the police if we said anything. Management stopped responding to us, and when we reported what happened, they sent our calls to voicemail. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend booking here. If you get the chance to stay here, don't take it.

It's not quite a hotel and it's not Airbnb, but it's a very good place. The rooms are spacious and clean, Martín, the manager, provided excellent service, and the location is superb. Highly recommended.

The third-floor view across the surrounding area is incredible, and the location is very convenient. There's a three-level parking garage, with free parking for hotel guests, plus a shopping plaza with restaurants, entertainment, and more. You can find almost anything you need on the same street or within a block or two. Our room was nice, clean, very spacious, and had internet access. I didn't like the number of mosquitoes, and the nearby bars were noisy.
