It was a holiday and town was out of rooms, but I got lucky and found one here. The service was fine, though the room felt a bit pricey.

We were only a few minutes from zocalo, and the room had a little balcony with a nice view. The ceiling fan cooled it well. The staff were super friendly and even upgraded us to a bigger room because we needed a baby cot.

The hotel is well placed and has nice views, with easy access to centro, churches, oxxo, and more. The rooms don't have much ventilation, though, and there are no windows you can open to look outside. Apart from that, it's a perfect place to stay.

I've stayed here a couple of times, and the staff have always been ready to help. They really do care, especially the front desk team, and Concepcion in particular is great if you need anything. The restaurant's food and drinks are good, and the prices are affordable. I'm pretty demanding, but found the rooms clean and very functional. The location is perfect for visiting other downtown landmarks. A great place overall.
