The rooms were clean and everyone was really nice. I had an AMAZING time here on a school trip years ago. It was a phenomenal experience, and I definitely want to come back soon!!!

The food was delicious, real Mexican food, and the staff were warm. The place was simple and spotless, with no television. I've stayed in hotels in Europe, Canada, and the USA, and none gave me an experience like this immaculate one.

If you want a fancy place, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. The rooms here are simple and comfortable, with what you need for a pleasant stay. Choosing this place also means you're supporting the local community!!!

There was a lot of confusion among staff about the tours they offer. The front desk customer service was really disappointing, and they need to improve a lot.
