The city center is practically right behind the hotel, and the rooms are comfortable, though they smell musty. I found two bugs, one on the nightstand and one in the bathroom. It wasn't very cold, but blankets were available in case it got chilly. 👍🏻 I was on the first floor, and hearing them clean the terrace was really annoying when I was trying to relax. They drop everything. 🤢

HORRID EXPERIENCE. They start cleaning in the middle of the night, banging furniture around, rushing through the hallways, and talking loudly. If you complain, they ignore you. TERRIBLE.

The smell is awful, and the women in management were rude and disrespectful. They spoke Nahuatl so I wouldn't understand, but I did. Terrible service. I won't ever go back, and I don't recommend it.

A very good place to stay, with good service. The one downside is that pets aren't allowed in the restaurant.

The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are excellent. Any time I needed something, they took care of it right away. Absolutely lovely, and I highly recommend it. 🫶🏻
