Alena at reception was great, friendly and quick to sort out issues or offer local suggestions. The location was convenient, with two large supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The building has a modern Tulum look and is well managed. There are two pools, including one about 25 meters long, which is good for actual swimming, plus a small gym and a movie theater. I really enjoyed staying here and would come back.

The staff, especially Alena and Arantxa, were friendly and helped me find things to do. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus a large superstore. The ADO bus station is a bit of a walk but doable. A nearby highway leads to the beaches and other activities, and I used a motorbike to get around. There's also supposed to be a public bus within walking distance. I liked the condo and its quiet part of town. The rooftop pool and facilities were great for what I paid, about $60 a night after taxes and fees for 3 nights.

The cafe and bar are the only things that feel luxurious to me, and they’re run separately from the current administration. The location is good, but this place has gone downhill during the little over a year I've stayed here on and off. I don't recommend it. The new administration, Alpha, has run this beautiful property into the ground by being cheap and inconsiderate to the tenants who actually live here. They sold the ice machine and refrigerator by the upstairs pool bar, so forget getting a cold drink there. They also removed the upstairs pool sunbeds and cushions, leaving very little seating. I know some owners, and they have no say over what happens despite having to pay HOA fees. The new administration and manager only seem to care about cutting costs at everyone else's expense. Calling this a “Luxury Apartment” is a lie. A nice appearance doesn't make it luxurious. There's a terrible mold smell at the bottom of both towers, probably from poor ventilation and possibly water damage. The elevators in tower B are always dirty. Repairs, or what they call “remodels,” are constantly happening, so it's hard to have a peaceful stay. The employees who should clean and maintain the grounds seem lazy, just lying around on their phones. The photos are a catfish, and it's a ripoff. There are much better run places in the same area.

A beautiful place to stay through Airbnb, with pools and good restaurants nearby. The beach is close by bike. I can only recommend it!
