The restaurant has a nice view, but the pizza took an hour to come out. The woman there sat watching her phone with the volume very loud and wasn’t doing anything. I only just got here and already want to leave. Booking this hotel was a terrible mistake. It’s very old, and the room looks dirty. The bathroom looks like one in a prison. Don’t let the online pictures fool you.

The staff’s service and attention are excellent, except at the front desk. Reception needs better training so guests feel welcome. The restaurant could improve too, starting with removing the dead flowers from the vases on the tables. The city gets very hot, so the AC needs an upgrade to keep rooms cool. A nice, cool room would be a real perk.

The restaurant serves great food, and at night the hilltop view of Culiacán feels very romantic. The pool is a nice bonus in Culiacan's hot weather. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is clean and a great value. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I loved the tropical greenery and the beautiful city lights. The staff were amazing, giving exceptional service and going above and beyond. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I’m in town.

The views are great, and despite some rooms being remodeled while I was there, we didn’t even notice the noise. I stayed five days and found it really nice, better than I expected for the price. I’d definitely stay again.
