Comfort Inn Delicias

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the counter was empty when I came down at 9:45. I waited until 10:15, then asked at reception. They said they thought the cook was making more, but nothing arrived. One elevator was out for two days, and the toilet tank had a crack that leaked onto the floor the whole time. I also never got a receipt, by email or on paper. The room itself had flat pillows, and the WiFi barely gave me one bar. The shower was so slippery I nearly fell, and there was no mat inside or outside it. We put a towel on the floor and had to ask for more towels. When we asked for an iron, staff wanted us to leave ID at the desk first. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving it there because the desk area looked unsecured. We were assigned a sixth-floor room where all the hallway power was off. We used a flashlight to get settled, then told the front desk. They said work was being done on that floor, which made us wonder why guests were being booked there. I’d stayed at Comfort Inn before and expected better. This was a horrible stay, and I’d tell people to consider other local hotels for better service.
