Posada Bonita Hotel SPA

Everyone working here was excellent and attentive. If you’re coming to Dolores Hidalgo Gto., this is a great place for quality service. Don’t hesitate.

The room was nice, but far too hot. There’s no A/C, and the floor fan they provided only helped a little. The temperature cooled down at night, but it still felt like a sauna. The sink was partly clogged, and the toilet needed two flushes. I only needed a basic, cool, comfortable place to sleep, not a vacation resort. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, Holyday Inn, Ramada Inn, and similar places for over $100 USD a night, so I expected more here. The advertised rate was $75.00 a night, but the total came to $215.00 USD for two nights, which is bananas. Someone else made my reservation, and I only saw that it was 70% more than nearby hotels. I assumed that meant higher standards and a great place. My experience wasn’t horrible, but my expectations were high, and this didn’t meet them. I won’t come back or recommend it. Let me know if you put in A/C, then we’ll talk. Two stars are solid.

We stopped in to try the spa and had a massage and facial. The staff welcomed us and helped quickly, and the complimentary water was a nice touch. The masseuse was friendly and professional. We’ll come back to stay and try the sauna. Thank you!
