Our stay was really enjoyable, and the rooms were very clean. The service was excellent, too. Our reservation had been canceled after we missed our connecting flight and arrived four hours late, but they still offered us an excellent price. The location is handy, with la plaza de armas within walking distance and Soriana supermarket right across the street. There's no mini bar, just an empty mini fridge. Breakfast is included and they provide bottled water, though there's no breakfast buffet as some hotel booking sites say. We liked the restaurant's view and terraza, but they wouldn't let us eat outside because they said it was winter. The breakfast and service were very good, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay in Durango.
