The food was great, and the mattresses were so comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean too. As soon as I came in, Alex the mgr greeted me with a lot of positive energy. I had a few questions, and he answered them quickly and kindly and took care of all my concerns. I'd give this place more stars if I could.

I never thought I'd choose a Holiday Inn, but this one was great. It felt safe, fun, clean, and comfortable. I was looking at the hampton down the street, but I'll definitely come back here.

The rooms were clean, and I liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna. My only complaint is where the outlets are placed. None were near the bedside, though there were plenty for charging several devices.

The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable, and there's an indoor pool. It's a good hotel, though a bit outside the city center. I'd recommend it if you have a car while visiting Durango.

The room was awesome and the staff were friendly. I only had an issue with the restaurant. The breakfast waitress wore slippers and leggings, which I might have overlooked if her customer service had been better. I ended up leaving and eating breakfast at Dennys.
