The staff were helpful, and the restaurant was flexible with us. The food was good, and the bed was comfortable. I'd come back if I needed to.

The pillows felt like rocks. As for the air conditioning, we were first told it was being maintained and would be back, then hours later told it had been fixed. But my room got 2 degrees hotter than it already was. Do four star hotels normally work like this?

The staff were friendly and polite, and really made an effort to make our stay good. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable, clean bed. There was complimentary coffee and tea too. The hotel was quiet, safe, well kept, and clean, right by a mall and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

The manager, Mr Perez, contacted me after I notified the staff, but never replied to the email I sent describing everything that went wrong. I also had to rent a safe workplace outside the hotel for reliable internet. Power went out every day, the elevator didn't work, and there was no central heat in the room. Worst hotel stay ever. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

At 1:30 am, the alarm went off, and when I called the front desk they accused us of smoking, which we don't do. It was a no smoking room, but there were burn marks on the dressers and stains on the floor. We came because there was a pool for my 4 year old, but the water was freezing. There was no hot water for showers, and the hotel was very warm. Another adult and I couldn't get a hot shower either. I paid for 2 days up front and want a refund.
