The location is amazing, right by the San Juan de los Lagos Cathedral and across from the main square. The rooms are small, and I found cockroaches. I wouldn’t choose the top floor either, it gets very, very hot.

I booked through the hoteles.com app, but the hotel wouldn’t invoice me for what I paid. The restaurant only has a breakfast buffet; for à la carte food you have to order room service. The internet in the room was very bad, and the business center computers for free use were extremely slow.

The location was great, and the staff were really friendly. I loved this hotel and the excellent service. I recommend it 100%.

For the price, the rooms are perfectly adequate for a one-night stay, and the service was good. It’s just steps from the Cathedral. There’s no parking on site, but they have an arrangement with a nearby underground garage.

The rooms are clean and have cable, and the reception area is the nicest you’ll see in all of San Juan. The location is excellent, but it feels a bit expensive for what you get. They provide just a mini Venus soap, no shampoo bottles or other extras. Towels aren’t in the room, so you have to go ask for them, maybe because they’re worried they’ll be stolen.
