The room had good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a big bathroom, and the property itself is beautiful, with jungle sounds all around. We spotted macaws, howler monkeys, and a lovely iguana. There’s a pool and an on-site restaurant, with other restaurants nearby. The small shop by the lobby sells snacks, drinks, yogurt, and some travel basics. I saw a complaint about construction, but there was none during our stay in June 2025. We had a fabulous three nights and would happily return.

We were well looked after by the kind, friendly staff. Our room was roomy and clean, though the toilet seemed a little old. The setting is right in the jungle, and there's a lovely pool.

We paid for our stay and got no compensation, even though we couldn't relax at all. After an eight-hour drive from San Cristobal, we were exhausted and still had a ten-hour drive ahead with too little sleep. When I raised the construction noise at the front desk, they blamed the workers at first. They then disappeared when I asked for a solution or compensation, and told me the manager wasn't available when I asked to speak with them. Work started with preparations at 4:30 AM, then the hammering, sawing, and other equipment kicked in full volume at 6:00. Even if you managed to fall asleep again after the early start, there was no sleeping through that. The noise was right next to us. If you're hoping for a restful stay and fair value, I'd skip this hotel.

The bungalow style rooms sit in a tropical garden, and the pool is pleasant, with drinks served there. We were there during really heavy rain, so unfortunately we couldn't make much use of it. The staff are very friendly, our room was quite large with a nice bathroom, and the hotel restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price.
