Villas Adriana Wellness Village, Palenque

The hotel has a real soul. It’s a lovely little family-run place, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. They offered helpful advice on things to do, picked us up at the train station, and drove us to the ADO station too. Being able to rent their car was handy as well. I’d highly recommend it if you’re after somewhere a bit special.

Karina took such kind, attentive care of me throughout my stay. I can’t remember the last time I had hotel service that felt this personal and dedicated. The room was comfortable, and that warm shower felt especially good after a long day. The hotel is lovely and close to Palenque. If you don’t speak Spanish, the staff speak English fluently.

Adriana, the owner, was one of the sweetest hosts I’ve met, so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The property is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout. Between the pool, hammocks, and comfy swing sofas, there are plenty of spots to relax and enjoy the quiet. It’s tucked into a lush, peaceful jungle, where you can hear the forest and sometimes see monkeys or colorful parrots. The Wi-Fi was impressively fast at 120 Mbps, and I had no trouble joining online meetings, so I could mix work with downtime. This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely be back.

We loved the King Suite and all the lovely details around Villa Adriana so much that we decided on the spot to add another night. The staff were wonderfully friendly, and the service was perfect. The food was fine, though nothing special. We’d happily return if we’re in the area again.
