Cerritos Surf Residences

I had my wedding here, and all my guests stayed here too. The building and Martin, the manager, were amazing. They went above and beyond and made everyone feel comfortable. I’m excited to come back for our annual trip every year.

You can walk to the beach in five minutes, and check the surf from your room. If surfing isn’t your thing, sit on the patio with a coffee and count Humpback Whale spouts. The pool is fantastic and never crowded, and the on-site restaurant is great too. The condos are spacious, modern, clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. My wife and I stayed in January 2023 and had the best time. The whole place has a great vibe, and the owners and guests we met were friendly, relaxed, and interesting. The staff are the best, from Kiki, the property developer, to Martin and Sara, who manage it, and everyone else. I can’t say enough good things about the crew. You’ll be well taken care of here. Cerritos is special, and Cerritos Surf Residences is the only place we’ll stay when we’re there.

We spent most of our time on the balcony, enjoying the comfortable seats and beautiful views. OV3 was a great unit, and the property was a good find for our first stay. The auto-locking door made check-in and checkout easy. There’s plenty of street parking, plus some covered spaces. WiFi worked great, the kitchen had what we needed to cook our own meals, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was convenient.
