The room itself was comfortable and well kept, and the nightly price is reasonable. But when I arrived, the bed sheets were stained, which is unacceptable and made me question the hotel's hygiene. The lobby chairs and sofas also look old and visibly stained. This didn't feel like a vintage look, just neglected cleaning, and I was uncomfortable sitting on them. They badly need a deep clean. The hotel could be a much more appealing place if it dealt with both the sheets and lobby furniture. For the price and the room quality, it is good value despite the cleanliness issues. If you stay, check your room when you arrive and expect the lobby furniture to be in rough shape.

The towel was old, stiff and stinky, and the hallway and elevator looked dirty and poorly kept. My room was 7/10. I emailed the hotel a day before arriving to ask about the shuttle and got no information back. Their listing says it's free, but it isn't. I told them I'd arrive around 11-1130 pm, and got no reply to my email or phone call. At 11pm I waited outside the airport terminal for 10 minutes, then called again. After keeping me on hold for 3 minutes, they told me in Spanish there was no shuttle after 10 pm. I needed an airport security guard to translate. They could have just emailed me that. I had to travel 6-7 km to the hotel by taxi, which cost 350 peso. I won't return. An airport hotel should communicate and serve guests better.

It's considered close to the airport, but the room I got was old and basic, nothing like the picture. I booked two beds and was given just one, and it was very small. Cleanliness was about 8out of 10. I checked in at 8pm and was quite disappointed with the room.

We were there for 2 nights and had no complaints. The room was convenient and seemed pretty new, and the staff were very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. It's only 10 min from the airport, with lots of secure parking behind a gate. I'd recommend it and would stay again.
