Holiday Inn Express Guadalajara Aeropuerto by IHG

The breakfast was great, and it was kept clean and stocked the whole time. My family and I stayed here on June 7th, and everyone was friendly and ready to help. We had to head back to the States the next day, so I wish we could've stayed longer. There's a free airport shuttle, but reserve your seats as soon as you check in. Thank you, Holiday Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto!!!

We paid for a room in the "new" tower, but got a terrible, completely dated room. There was no smart TV, the air conditioning didn't work, and the bathroom was covered in rust. Getting back to the hotel from the airport takes far too long. The desk staff were also unpleasant when we checked in late at night. A horrible experience for a chain hotel. Totally disappointed.

Breakfast was decent, and parking is included if you ask the front desk for a pass. That was about all I liked. I called 8 or 9 times from the airport before anyone answered to send the shuttle, then waited there for quite a while at 10:30pm. I booked this place for the shuttle, though I could have taken a taxi or uber. At arrival, there was no luggage cart, and at checkout no one was at the desk, so again there was no cart. One bedroom smelled like smoke or dust, I couldn't tell which, and the AC was much too loud, as others have mentioned. The gym is a joke: one out-of-service treadmill, one bike, one elliptical, and not even a mat. I've stayed at the nearby Radisson for less with better service, but tried this one on a friend's recommendation. I won't be back.

The room was outdated, and the shuttle bus never came, even though I called 8 hours before landing. I had to take a taxi to the hotel. I don't recommend it.
