Beach House by Eazy

This is another case of hotel management failing to protect the guest experience by addressing blatantly inconsiderate noise, which would likely be considered harassment. I’m leaving early, at 7 a.m. instead of the 11 a.m. checkout, because the host can’t control the guests. Pathetic excuse for someone taking money to shelter travelers. Matthew 25:35-40 “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me… Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you did for me.”

The staff were kind, the grounds were clean, and the hotel was good value. Our room was clean when we arrived, but the shower had a musty, mildew smell, and there may have been black mold growing behind the tiles. The toilet seat was too small for the bowl. Aside from those two issues, which we had to put up with because the hotel was full that weekend, everything else was nice.

The rooms were great, and the staff were so friendly. Service was 100/10.

We paid for two nights but left early the next morning after just one. The rooms were very dirty when we checked in: filthy floors, dirty sheets, blankets and headboards, plus a bad smell. The couch was so stained that none of us wanted to sit on it. Parking was very limited and not guaranteed. The online photos gave a misleading impression, and the cleanliness, location and guest experience were only 1.5 out of 5 for us. It’s expensive for what you get, so local chain hotels would be a better choice. Maybe we happened to get one of the bad rooms, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
