We came for our anniversary and were so happy with the stay. I've been to four other boutique hotels in Valle, and this is easily my favorite. The romantic private jacuzzis, there are four, the gorgeous grounds, and the wonderful service made it stand out. Daniel and Jose Luis took such good care of us. Breakfast was excellent and worth paying for, even though it wasn't included. We shared the chilaquiles and fruit plate, which was plenty for two. This is a high quality resort, and we’ll definitely be back asap 🥰

The shower was easily the worst I've ever experienced, just a slow trickle of lukewarm water. Please fix room 2. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were great. We also had a lovely couples massage in our room.

Our room was spotless, with fresh bedding and towels, and the anniversary decorations were a lovely touch. Joel, the groundskeeper, made sure the jacuzzi was just right and checked back to see if we were happy with it. Elizabeth, the concierge, was incredibly attentive throughout the stay, and Mauricio helped with the booking. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. We had an amazing time at Entrevalle celebrating our 21st anniversary and highly recommend it for a relaxing, memorable getaway at Valle De Guadalupe.

The jacuzzi was relaxing and had great views, though I thought it had too much chlorine. You need to reserve a time, and it runs in hourly slots. Pool towels are available outside to use. I didn't use the pool because it was cold. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. The rooms and property are beautiful, and staff were friendly and communicative. There's no full concierge, but I could make requests through WhatsApp.

We were a family of 11 and had a great stay. The spacious, clean rooms and well-kept grounds made it comfortable, and the location was great. The on-site restaurant was good, and the pool and Jacuzzis were a nice bonus. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.
