We were three in a suite with two beds, and had plenty of room. The shower was nice, and the beds had just the right firmness. Breakfast was amazing! I drove my Tesla from the USA and used the free EV charging. It was slow, not a supercharger, but I left the car connected without any issues. Security and customer service were great around the clock, and the parking felt secure. The hotel is in the heart of Ensenada, next to the port and within walking distance of the tourist spots. I’ll be back!

The pool is well maintained, and there’s secure parking at this clean hotel. It’s an easy walk to the cruise ships, restaurants, and coffee shops across the street. The only thing I missed was a hot tub.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and my latest visit confirmed the first three weren’t just luck. Even with the hotel full, the service was excellent. The room was spotless, in perfect condition, and felt brand new. Breakfast was amazing and the amenities were wonderful. Karla, Francisco, and another front desk woman whose name I can’t remember have always been kind and efficient. I can’t wait to return soon!

Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of options, and the staff’s attention to detail helped make me feel at home. They were welcoming and attentive throughout, always trying to make my stay comfortable. My room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool, gym, and restaurant, were top-notch. I found the location ideal: close to the main attractions, but tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. I had a fantastic stay from beginning to end and would recommend it for business or leisure. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Ensenada.
