The beds are large and the staff are kind, but those are the only things I liked, and the place isn't worth what it costs. It feels worn down and neglected. Flies were everywhere, impossible to keep away from the food, and the outdoor chairs and menus were dirty. The food was just okay.

I slept like a baby in the very comfortable beds. The hotel is lovely if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful, and the food was delicious. On our first visit to Queretaro, Trinidad Arredondo, the restaurant manager, was very attentive to our food needs. Letty gave an absolutely wonderful spa massage. We'd definitely look to stay here a second time, and I truly recommend it.

What happened to this hotel? We've been coming for four years, and now there's no hot water, some rooms don't even have a reception phone, and the attitude from everyone is awful. And that's just a few of the problems. We come often because we got married at Viñedos Azteca and like attending their events, which are on a whole other level. You seem to have forgotten what kind of hotel you advertise. It's turned into a dump. Save your money and spare yourself a terrible stay. Absolutely not recommended! 😡😡😡😡😡
