Great location, and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning was cold and the shower had hot water.

We didn't have a reservation, but Martha helped us right away and was incredibly kind and friendly. Her service was wonderful. The place is practically in the city center, and they have an agreement with a parking lot, so parking your car isn't something to worry about. The facilities were spotless and beautiful, and the whole space was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. A 10 out of 10 stay. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely return! 🫰🏼

Martha was attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. The location is central but quiet, and the rooms were comfortable with no issues. Everything was completely comfortable, the prices were super affordable, and I highly recommend it.

The room was comfortable, and the place was very clean and tidy. It was my first stay here and I loved it. From this very central location, you can walk to any part of the city center. I hope to return soon.

Martha Barba was always attentive and helpful during our stay, and I especially want to thank her. The hotel is just a block and a half from downtown Tepatitlán, and its facilities, rooms, service, food, and cleanliness all deserve five stars. It has exquisite taste, and I'll definitely return.
