The garden and pool made this a lovely place to stay, and the apartment had everything we needed. The room was roomy and welcoming, with a well-equipped basic kitchen. We were downstairs by the pool, but other guests never bothered us and we slept well. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the center, which was fine for us. Before we arrived, the staff replied quickly and made arrangements easy, including reasonably priced bike hire. I’d happily come back.

We meant to stay three nights at Aldea San-Lam and ended up staying five. The place was clean and looked lovely, and Paco was quick to reply whenever we contacted him. He also shared lots of tips, most of which we tried. We rented bikes and a scooter, got a massage (highly recommend!), had laundry done, and used taxis. Carlos took good care of us and charged a very reasonable price. It’s a bit of a walk to the center, though still manageable. Palma Central was a 10-15 minute walk, and we ate there twice. We’d definitely stay again 🤗 The only small downside for us was that the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. When I asked Paco for fresh towels, extra toilet paper, and new trash bags, he got everything sorted within five minutes.

Paco made sure we had a great stay, sharing contacts for taxis, food delivery, and laundry. The rooms were gorgeous, and being able to use the bikes made downtown easier to get around. Such a wonderful place. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

You’ll want a car or scooter to get around, though there are some nice little restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. The staff can answer questions any time and were extremely helpful, with plenty of tips to make the stay more enjoyable. The apartment complex itself is wonderful, with a pool and lots of greenery and wood.

There aren’t many restaurants or bars nearby, and the center is about a 20-minute walk, so we’d suggest renting a car, scooter, or bike. Paco, the host, can provide all the information you need for your stay. The hotel is charming, the pool was clean, and the rooms had enough space to relax and a private kitchen. The bed was comfortable, though a bit short for anyone over 1.90m. Our host was attentive and easy to communicate with.
