The staff really made our stay, from the front desk to the servers, bartenders, and cleaning team. Angel and Tony were awesome servers, and the cocktails were great. Check-in was easy, the front desk was friendly and knew their stuff, and our beautiful room was cleaned every day. The food was delicious, too. It’s on the quieter end of the strip, but bars, restaurants, and shops are very close. Thanks for having us!

This was the highlight of our trip, and I’d happily stay here again. The whole crew was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great and included, and the location worked really well. They even arranged bikes and brought them to the front, plus valet parking was free. A super rad bunch.

The rooms were really nice, and the staff were friendly and gave excellent service. Food and drinks were great as well, so I’m sure I’ll be back soon. About the noise complaints: management told me the sound came from the beach club next door, which has since closed. There wasn’t any noise during my stay.

We booked this hotel on Booking for our honeymoon, and were disappointed as soon as we arrived. It looked nothing like the photos. The grounds are very small, there were no people or atmosphere, and there was no music. The so-called restaurant is an overpriced beach bar with horrible service. The pool is tiny and dirty, and the old room was dirty too. There was even a bug in our bed. The rooms do not lock. They use actual keys instead of key-cards, and ours didn’t work. Take the reviews about stolen items seriously. Anyone can enter the property: there are no gates or security, and the front desk is just an outdoor desk with no AC. We went to dinner at another hotel, and when we returned around 7 pm, the place looked closed, with all the lights off and only one receptionist around. Managers aren’t there all the time. On our first night, we asked the receptionist for a refund and to speak to a manager. He said one would be there at 10 am the next day, but the manager never showed. We spent six hours arguing and hearing different stories about the managers and return policy, even though Booking had agreed to process the refund with the hotel’s written agreement. In the end, hotel workers told us to “get out of the property” or they’d call the police. After we left for another hotel, they cancelled our booking and claimed we never arrived. This was a horrible experience, and we’re still trying to get our money back. Don’t even consider staying here.
