The water was never hot, and the Wi-Fi never worked properly. The people who work there are very kind and helpful, though.

A terrible, horrible place, the worst. Dirty and disgusting, with no light or security, and worst of all, full of bedbugs.

The manager's service was especially wonderful, and the amenities and location made for a comfortable stay. It's easy to reach the city center, with several places to eat and have fun nearby. I highly recommend it for researchers or students visiting INEGI (National Institute of Statistics and Geography). This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all of Mexico. If I could give it more stars, I'd give it 10! :) It's a very good hotel, clean and pleasant, with comfortable facilities.
