Santa Cecilia Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were some of the nicest we’ve met at a hotel. The rooftop breakfast was great. It’s a little outside the main city centre, but Xochimilco has plenty of excellent restaurants and cafes, so the location worked well for us. Such a charming place!

We slept really well in the comfortable beds, and the staff helped us arrange taxis and sort out anything else we needed. The hotel’s in a cute, quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the centro, but still conveniently located. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast on the roof was a great way to start each day, with an amazing view and food from the chef that we loved. The hotel was very clean, the service exceptional, and the architecture and design had a cool, distinctive feel. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The aqueduct view was lovely, and there were often dogs to watch. The nearby cafes and restaurants were great too. We were lucky to find this hotel for our January 2025 stay in Xochimilco. Staff were warm and welcoming every time we returned from the nice walk from Centro. The chef and restaurant were excellent, and you can have room service or eat on the rooftop with its amazing view. Our room was clean, the shower had warm water and good pressure, and since it was quiet when we arrived, we got to choose a room. Staff are there 24 hours, there’s a personal safe, and coffee was ready at 6:30 each morning, perfect for an early riser like me. If you’re still reading, this is the one 🫶

Breakfast or dinner is available, with great food at a reasonable price and really good value. The location is safe, convenient, and close to the city centre. The employees were super nice and helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. It was very clean too. Couldn’t recommend it more!
