I left halfway through my stay because the service and facilities were so disappointing, and I more or less felt forced out. The main problem started when I had no hot water for my entire stay. Staff checked, said nothing was wrong, then the next day admitted the boiler had broken. They offered a room in another building, but it was much smaller and had no kitchen, which was the main reason I’d booked this place. They’d also changed the locks before I could get my things and hadn’t told me, which made an already stressful situation worse. Getting in was difficult in both buildings. At first I had to collect keys from a building a block away, and it wasn’t clear which box to use. Later I wound up in the wrong room and was told to move within five minutes when the cleaners arrived the next day. Look elsewhere for a stay.
