Central Balbuena Apartments

Being so central makes it easy to get anywhere, and the building is a welcome addition to the area. There aren't many apartments, so the amenities being small works out well.

I love that they recycle the trash. The place is always clean, and the staff are friendly, which makes it a very pleasant place to live 😍

The hardest part is feeling unsafe and ignored in what is supposed to be home. My bicycle was taken from the secure parking area, and when we asked to see the camera footage, management refused. They gave us no help recovering it and offered no refund, compensation, or other support. Meanwhile, they're charging us for unrelated items, which feels unfair and insensitive. Their lack of concern has left us disappointed and feeling neglected. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this apartment. This has been painful, and I hope no one else goes through it.

I bought two apartments as an investment and lived there for three months. It was awful, so I've sold them and will never consider this area again. The agents shouldn't fool people: the building is incredibly ugly, the neighborhood is terrible, and the whole place is the worst. Avenida Las Américas has awful street noise, a gasoline smell, and is filthy. The pool is ridiculous, and the security guards are really unfriendly. The apartments may look nice at first, but the materials are the cheapest you can get. After two to three months, the kitchen, closets, bathrooms, and everything else start looking bad. I don't recommend renting or buying there.
