I had some flight trouble before reaching the hotel, and Israel helped me sort things out. He stayed friendly and helpful after I arrived too. He’s very good at his job and made my time there much more enjoyable. A good receptionist matters so much to a business, and you have the best one. My husband and I stayed for three nights, and I’d love to come back someday. It’s a fascinating, gorgeous little hotel, with an unusual, unique style. There’s art everywhere and pieces from all over; every small detail seems carefully chosen. It’s eclectic, but it all works. The staff were amazing and quick to help with anything we needed. We’re a family of four with two teenagers, so we had to book two rooms since each one only sleeps two. We’ll definitely come back. It’s a beautiful, new, very clean hotel and gallery, with great service and tasteful, high-end decor. There’s a restaurant next door that pairs well with the hotel, and breakfast is included. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say.

We stayed in the Kenia room with my husband and had a great time. The common areas are filled with beautiful Mexican handcrafted pieces, and our room had lots of lovely details. The people were nice and the service was good. We had breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, where the food and prices were good. I’d definitely return.
