The reception team was great, the location worked well, and the lobby and open lounge spaces between floors were clean and pleasant. Our room had A/C and free WiFi too. Still, sleep was rough: the mattress was hard and covered in plastic, with just a sheet and a very thin blanket in the cupboard. The windows and doors let in so much sound that you can hear everything outside and inside, so light sleepers should keep that in mind. There’s no elevator or help with bags, so backpackers and anyone carrying a lot will have to haul everything upstairs. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back, but my wife wouldn’t. Safe travels, everyone.

The owner’s treatment of her staff upset me most. When we checked out, we explained that although our reservation ran from Monday through Thursday, we had only needed the room for one day because of a medical emergency. We suggested they keep 30% and return the rest. The owner refused arrogantly. When we complained about the room, she called the cleaner over and scolded and humiliated her in front of us. I was shocked. That kind of issue should be discussed privately, not handled by publicly demeaning an employee. I then wanted to speak with the person who had checked us in, but after seeing the woman reprimand the poor girl, we told her to keep the full reservation payment. Why stay and watch her mistreat the other guy too? My brother, sister, and I had gone to the medical center for an emergency and booked this nearby hotel online for Thursday. We had to head back the same day, and the room they gave us was in awful shape. It was tiny, practically a mini room. The beds in ours weren’t even twin size. My brother is tall, and his feet stuck out past the end; it looked about as small as my daughter’s bed. The mattresses were incredibly hard, and mine still had a noisy plastic bag on it, so moving around was uncomfortable. The A/C wouldn’t regulate the temperature, and there was no hot water. I try not to support places that mistreat employees, and unfortunately I ended up at one like that. The facilities were poor too. Please don’t go here. I know it’s close to the medical center, but honestly, I think the beds there are better, and I’m not kidding.

I booked four days, but by day two I couldn’t take it and had to move to another hotel. I’d been staying at CMNO for a week and couldn’t get any rest. The beds were very hard, there was only a thin, small blanket for the cold, and the water was cold. The A/C only blew cold air as well. The manager was rude and came up with a thousand excuses to avoid helping or refunding me. She was hostile to her employees, even though they were very kind. I wouldn’t recommend a long stay, especially if you’re going to CMNO. You don’t need that extra hassle. It felt like money thrown away.

For the price, it’s a very good stay and I’d recommend it. The hotel is 100% clean, which matters a lot, and although the facilities aren’t new, they’re kept up well. There’s a small kitchenette in the shared area for heating water or food. The shower has strong pressure and lots of hot water. The bed was a little hard, but fine.

The good things are the location, available parking, and fairly low price. I’d consider staying here in an emergency. The rooms are tiny, more like temporary lodging, the beds are rock hard, and there are cockroaches.
