Hotel Ejecutivo Express Guadalajara

I was extremely disappointed. In Room 104, the shower floor was moldy and there was no curtain. The floors slant, the bed is very uncomfortable, there's no refrigerator, and we had to ask the front desk to keep our dinner leftovers. We only got 4 hangers, and you can hear people talking in the next room even when they're not loud. That's the building. The front desk staff weren't friendly, except for Andrea, who was really nice and helpful. Esteban, the bell man, also went out of his way to help, even though it wasn't his job. Breakfast was cold every morning, especially the scrambled eggs, pancakes, and waffles. Don't be fooled by the pictures like we were.

Arturo made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay, including good tour guides and taxi drivers. He also got our taxi there in time for the airport. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was great, and our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. This is where I'll stay when we visit again.

We had a clean room on the ninth floor with a cool view of the city, and it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was great. There are also a few places to eat and drink nearby. A good hotel in a nice area, and I'd recommend it for the comfort.

Carlos, the chef, was the most helpful chef I've ever met. He went beyond what I expected to help my wife and me during our stay. All the staff were attentive and helpful the whole time, and breakfast was wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, and nice, and the bathroom had everything it needed.
