For the price, I found this very good value, with small, clean, simple bedrooms and friendly, professional service. I was nervous about the place before arriving, but there was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day when I got there at 1:30am. The door was locked, so I knocked lightly. There's also a doorbell to the right of the door. Be careful in the area, and I wouldn't recommend walking around outside. My four stars are for value, not a comparison with the world's best hotels.

The customer service was some of the worst I've experienced. I asked the front desk a question and was told, “I’m sorry I’m in charge of the hotel not the streets of Guadalajara.” I was speechless, packed my things, and left right then.

Peaceful and clean, with a ceiling fan and a nice shower. There's a laundry service next door, plus tacos.

A modern place, located close to an exit from the city.
