Hotel Santuario

Awesome place, I’d definitely recommend it.

A nice place.

I booked because of the central location, which really is convenient, but the facilities and service made for a very unpleasant stay. The only reception employee, who lives there, was unfriendly, unhelpful, and arrogant. After seeing that I had two children with me, she told me she didn’t want any noise. She also said, “I want you to leave the remote here, exactly where you found it,” and that she expected the sheets and towels to be there when we left. The room and hallways were very dim. The bathroom doorknob was broken, there was no air conditioning, just a wall fan, and the internet didn’t work. The old TV had no signal and seemed to be there for decoration. When I pointed this out, she said she didn’t handle those things and that Mr. Carlos did. He seemed to be her husband. I was glad to leave. For the same price, there are better places in more central locations. Now I understand why I didn’t see any other customers.

We really liked the place. It’s comfortable and beautiful, with gorgeous paintings, and the owners pay close attention to everything. They told us there was a kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook, plus refrigeration and everything else you might need, so there was no need to order food through an app or spend money eating out. I brought my mom to the old civil hospital, and nearby hotels were full. This turned out to be the best option, and the owners were so attentive. Thank you so much! ✨️ 🫶🏼✨️❤️‍🩹
