The cleaning lady was a sweetheart and did her job well, but the place itself was bad and not worth the price. I've rented much better places for the same amount or less. There isn't a reception, and dealing with someone over WhatsApp was really unpleasant. They didn't reply to messages, and came across like they didn't enjoy their job.

The bathroom on the terrace was oddly the best-maintained one, but the rest of the experience was mediocre. The room and bathroom were unfinished, there was dampness everywhere and poor ventilation, and the bathrooms had no soap. Everything needs maintenance.

We booked a room for two seniors, and the manager was kind and supportive throughout. She answered their questions, stayed attentive, and even considered putting them on the first floor because of their age. The facilities were clean, safe, and comfortable, and the service was very good. We'll definitely book here again.

The design and cleanliness were beautiful, and I loved the place. The personal hygiene products were exquisite, too. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me where they're bought. When we arrived, Jazmín was there to help with our luggage and was super friendly. Her baby is adorable, and we thought it was such a kind gesture to give her the chance to work while being with her son. We'll always remember that. Alejandra was attentive as well. We couldn't get hot water, and she came to help right away. It turned out we were doing something wrong, but she was so patient and kind. Thanks for the wonderful vibe, Ale. I highly recommend the place.
