From the terrace, you can take in a beautiful view of the cathedral and downtown at night. There's also a pool and free parking. The staff are excellent, friendly, and attentive, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. It's a great central spot for exploring Guadalajara and downtown, and I definitely recommend it.

There was no toilet paper, and water leaked around the base of the toilet bowl every time I flushed. The receptionist wasn't friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

Clean, pleasant hotel in a good spot.

I only gave it four stars because I had trouble getting my door to lock properly. I'd definitely choose an air conditioned room, since it's hot in Tapachula! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and patient. My Spanish isn't great, but they were happy to explain things to me more than once. Five stars for the staff.

There's a rooftop terrace with a great view, and an outdoor pool that I haven't managed to enjoy yet because the weather and my schedule haven't lined up. This older hotel is well located, with shops, restaurants, and bus lines nearby. The staff are very friendly and ready to help however they can.
