The room layout and furniture were decent, and the hotel could be a 10/10 if two problems were sorted out. But during our stay of more than three weeks, the smoke detector beeped almost every night from late evening until early morning. I ended up needing earplugs after the first week. There's also a strong sewage odor through the hotel that comes back once the air freshener wears off. Neither the smell nor the nightly beeping made for an enjoyable stay.

I can't recommend this place. The apartment was dirty when we got it: the beds smelled, the windows were dirty, there was gum on the sofa, and the bathroom and floor were still dirty after cleaning. The soap was expired and smelled bad, and when I raised it the next day, Natt Alvarez said it was my fault. There were hardly any kitchen utensils, and the apartment smelled like sewers. We also had water problems twice, including times with no water and sometimes no hot water. The administration was the worst part. Natt Alvarez was rude and aggressive whenever I called with an issue, and acted as if every problem was the customer's fault. Her cleaning lady complained that I cleaned the wooden kitchen, but when we asked her to clean it, she left it dirty. She started crying and said she was paid 1700 pesos to clean with her daughter. Natt suggested cancelling the reservation if we weren't happy, instead of fixing things. There was nobody on site at any time to help. I hope the administration is with family, because otherwise they really deserve to lose their job. Run away from this place!

The location was central, and the service was good. I had a nice experience and plan to come back next year.
