The elevators came in handy since we were traveling with Mom or Grandma. We had an excellent stay in the heart of Guadalajara. Ubers can take longer to arrive because of traffic, but the hotel has good deals on tours, and booking through them felt safe. Our driver was wonderful, and you might get lucky and have the tour just for your own group. The hotel restaurant is a great choice too, with delicious food, excellent service, and fair prices. I'd definitely return and recommend staying here.

The location in the historic area was excellent, and the hotel had a beautiful, elegant, relaxing feel. Our room was comfortable and well maintained. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and helpful whenever we needed something, and made us feel welcome from arrival. The restaurant was a highlight: the food was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, delicious, and nicely presented. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara.

We spent one night in late October in a clean, spacious standard room on the third floor, with two double beds. They were comfortable, though a little small to share. The bathroom was nice, and there was AC, but no fridge, which was disappointing. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great for walking to shops, restaurants, and the historic center. I booked through Expedia without any trouble. I'd recommend it and stay again.

The neighborhood feels less good just around the corner late at night. During our four-night stay, we kept saying, “Do not turn left outside the hotel.” The hotel itself is a fine 4-star place by European standards, though the rooms are a bit tight for three people.

The staff were all great, and both breakfast and the one dinner we had at the restaurant were great too. The only problem was the internet: our room connected to the network but had no access. We reported it twice, and it still wasn't fixed during our two-night stay in January 26.
