Nora Hotel & Co living

I had a great time here. It's a cute, stylish, fun place, and Guadalajara is such a magical city! The hot water and fast Wi-Fi were great, and it had everything I needed. I travel with essential oils and incense, and my style is holistic and natural. It was clean, fun, and a great price. Highly recommend!

The staff were AMAZING, and I really liked the location and the rooms!

We left as soon as we got up the next morning. We only stayed that one night because our flight got in late and we couldn't leave at that hour. The room smelled horrible, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were hairs and black dirt in the corners, and the shower had an orange stain that looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in months. The whole place felt questionable and unsanitary, and it was so uncomfortable that we had to leave. The administrator was nice, but she refused to refund us, even though she admitted they needed to be more careful and knew it had to change.

This place has a cool vibe, friendly staff, and good value for money. Since it's still very new, though, there are some big problems to sort out. The included continental breakfast wasn't there at all, and the water cooler was removed so only staff could use it. I was sometimes charged more than I was supposed to for laundry and having someone stay. The room A/C only blew warm air, and the windows in several rooms didn't lock, so someone could easily break in. Wi-Fi in the coworking space was practically unusable unless you had your own ethernet cable. Hopefully they work out these issues soon, because then the place could be perfect.
