Quality Inn Monterrey La Fe

I found hair on the bed and little black dots whose source I couldn't identify. The sheets were yellowish and dirty, like they hadn't been changed in years. It was disgusting, the worst hotel experience I've had. I'll never stay there again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

The service and attention were great, but the rest of the stay was a letdown. The place was outdated and very dirty, with a damp smell. There was hair in the restrooms and the mirrors weren't clean, and the towels looked like old rags. The pool and accommodations looked dirty and weren't working properly. Breakfast was very mediocre, with no healthy options. I booked through priceline, so be aware. I visited 03/22/24-03/24/24. Hope this helps.

I stayed in the room for about an hour before booking somewhere else. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures, and what I found didn't match the Expedia description. The rooms were so outdated that my phone charger wouldn't stay in the outlet beside the bed. The AC filled the room with a nasty mildew and mold smell. The hotel said they couldn't do anything because they were sold out. It was disgusting, don't stay here.

The breakfast was very good, and there was a nice outdoor area. The rooms were nicely decorated with fantastic showers, and I would stay here again. The hotel felt secure: every adult has to show ID to check in, the elevator needs a room key card, and the room needs one too for the power to work.
