Casa Magica

This place is a dump. I stayed two nights, and it was dirty and humid. The website gives a misleading impression, too. It says there’s a restaurant, but there isn’t one, and the patio furniture is falling apart.

Traffic noise was loud, and the place felt plain and unfriendly.

The food was good.

I spent more than two hours waiting outside and couldn’t check in because nobody came to the door. People near me tried calling, but no one picked up. My sightseeing day was wasted. I quickly booked another hotel, and someone who seemed to know the owner drove me there. I asked for a refund since being unable to check in was the hotel’s responsibility, but they said I had to pay the full cancellation fee. I work in the service industry and can’t believe this. I haven’t received any reply at all. This is a scam. Don’t stay here.
