Staff were nice and helpful, and the place was clean and well located. But the bathroom is tiny, and rooms with windows have no privacy when the front desk is right outside the door. You can hear people coming and going and the employee working. Room 5's window faces a dumpster with lots of rats and roaches, so I couldn't comfortably leave it open. It's just a house, not a hotel, and I wouldn't recommend staying more than a day. Last option.

We were a couple in room nr.5 for one night, paying 900 mxn. The room was clean and well located, and the staff were nice. After checkout, since we were staying in the city longer, they directed us to a nearby partner hotel, a 5-minute walk away, where we could leave our luggage for free. But the room wasn't worth the money. There was no internet, and the old wooden doors had gaps all around them. We tested it, and people outside could hear everything, even breathing. Room nr.5 is behind reception, with the receptionist on duty 24/7 only 10 cm from the door. There's zero privacy: you hear people arriving, talking, and the receptionist working, and they can hear everything from inside. The bathroom window can't be opened because it opens back into the room. What they call a balcony is just a long window facing the back of the university, especially a huge dumpster with fat, well-fed rats and lots of big flying cockroaches. There was also a note asking for a tip if I was satisfied with the cleaning. It seemed mostly aimed at American tourists, and I found it pathetic.

It's a tiny hotel with four rooms downstairs. Small, but fine for the price. I just wish there were a little ventilation.

I loved it 👌🏻

The check-in is modern and mostly self-service, which I liked. The hotel is just steps from the historic center, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a fan, but no windows for natural ventilation.
