The rooms are small but clean and very discreet, and I highly recommend the place. You can walk to the city center, Granaditas Museum, Juarez Theater, and the bar area. Several restaurants and the Alley of the Kiss are practically next door. The path to the viewpoint starts right behind the building, though you'll need to climb some stairs.

The location of Rincón de los Ángeles was exactly what I wanted, and I booked well ahead of time. I called three times to confirm, and each time they said everything was fine. But when we arrived, a young man took us to a different hotel. It wasn't the one I'd booked, and the change ruined my original location plans. I understand we did have somewhere to stay, but the trip wasn't what I expected because they didn't honor my reservation.

Affordable for two people. The reception staff were friendly, but couldn't offer much useful information about nearby tourist attractions. There was no hot water.
