A clean, pleasant place with a really welcoming feel and excellent service. It was just right for a weekend to reconnect with nature and switch off. I'm looking forward to coming back.

I made a reservation, but when I arrived nobody answered. I called the number on their website several times and couldn't reach anyone. This feels like a scam. I tried again the next day and a woman, apparently American, picked up. I asked for a refund, and she said she'd deposit it the following day. Two days later, she said the payment department hadn't arrived. That was two or three weeks ago, and I still haven't received the money. Now they aren't responding when I try to contact them.

Several cozy cabins make this lodge a nice base for enjoying nature and the mountains in Sierra de Santa Rosa, Guanajuato. Breakfast is included with the reservation at the restaurant. Seems like a good choice for couples or families.
